Five Year Evaluation (Education Code 44664 a. Subject to the provisions of Education Code Sections 44664, employees who meet all the following criteria have the right to use Plan A, be evaluated at least every five (5) years rather than every two (2) years: 1) The employee has permanent status; and 2) The employee has been employed at least 10 years with the school district; and 3) The employee’s most recent evaluation was satisfactory; and 4) Between the employee’s most recent evaluation and the end of the school year preceding the year of evaluation, all observations have been satisfactory; and 5) Both the employee and evaluator consent to this evaluation schedule. b. Should the evaluator withdraw consent, notice and identifiable cause shall be provided to the employee in a timely manner
