Five-Day (Weekend) Turnaround. (a) There shall be a fifty-two (52) hour rest period for each Employee who works a five-day-work week. (b) If such rest period is encroached, the Employee shall be paid for the encroached time at a rate equal to two (2) times the rate the Employee was receiving at the end of the preceding shift.
