Common use of Fiscal Impacts Clause in Contracts

Fiscal Impacts. There would be no fiscal impact to the city budget. Funds for Homestead have been budgeted in Fiscal Year 2003-2004. At their July 22 meeting, the Urbana Community Development Commission recommended this agreement for city council approval. Community Development staff also recommend city council approval of this agreement. Attachments:

Fiscal Impacts. There would be no fiscal impact to the city budget. Funds for Homestead both organizations have been budgeted in Fiscal Year 2002-2003-2004. Staff recommends that the Urbana City Council approve both agreements. At their July 22 August 27, 2002 meeting, the Urbana Community Development Commission recommended this agreement both agreements for city council approval.
