First Responder’s Policies. First Responder will follow protocol and procedures approved by the Provider’s Medical Director at all times while on an EMS assist. First Responders will be responsible for following a quality assurance program and will be held to the same standard of professional ethics, behavior, demeanor, and patient care as the Provider. Polices required and provided to the Provider include, but are not limited to: Operational Policies Medical Record storage and HIPAA Polices Quality Assurance Polices Infection Control Policies
