The Employer will ensure that all Employees receive cultural awareness training as part of the site induction process to ensure that all workers are made aware of the history and spiritual connection that Traditional Owners have with the area where the project is being constructed. A ‘Welcome to Country’ ceremony will be arranged with the Traditional Owners when the number of workers undertaking work on the Project reach 50, as part of the Employers commitment to the principles of social, restorative justice and cultural affirmation.
