Common use of FIRST LOAD FACILITY Clause in Contracts

FIRST LOAD FACILITY. a. If the Contract requires the provision of the Services of NAFC Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft for firebombing, the Contractor must ensure that at each NAB where a contracted Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft is based, there is a facility that will allow a Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft to be dispatched with a load of Fire Suppressant Solution without delay. b. The facility must be of a standard acceptable to the Member. c. Unless otherwise specified in this Contract, Fire Retardant Concentrate or Fire Suppressant Concentrate to be used in preparing Fire Retardant Slurry or Fire Suppressant Solution in the first load facility will be supplied by the Member. 1.
