Common use of FIRST LOAD FACILITY Clause in Contracts

FIRST LOAD FACILITY. If the Contract requires the provision of the Services of NAFC Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft for firebombing, the Contractor must ensure that at each NOB where a contracted Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft is based, there is a facility that will allow a Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft to be dispatched with a load of Fire Retardant Slurry or Fire Suppressant Solution without delay.
