First Lien Status. Borrower will protect the first lien and security interest status of this Lien Instrument and the other Loan Documents and will not permit to be created or to exist in respect of the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof any lien or security interest on a parity with, superior to, or inferior to any of the liens or security interests hereof, except for the Permitted Exceptions.
