First Level Performance Review Sample Clauses

The First Level Performance Review clause establishes a formal process for initially evaluating a party's performance under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria, timing, and procedures for conducting the first review, such as who conducts the assessment, what metrics are used, and how feedback is communicated. Its core function is to provide an early opportunity to identify and address performance issues, ensuring that both parties are aligned and that any necessary improvements can be made before more serious problems arise.
First Level Performance Review. Each Party’s Relationship Manager will meet as often as will reasonably be required by either Party to review the performance of either Party under this Agreement and to resolve the Dispute. If these representatives are unable to resolve the Dispute within ten (10) business days after the initial request for a meeting, then the Parties will submit the Dispute to an executive level performance review as provided in Section 12.2 below.
