First Component. The CM shall be entitled to a fixed, not to exceed fee of $393,093 for the First Component and Pre-Construction Services of the Basic Services. The CM’s fee for the First Component shall be paid to the CM via monthly payments based on the fixed fee divided by the duration of services.
