Common use of First Charge Clause in Contracts

First Charge. The Promoter shall have the first lien and charge on the Schedule B Property and Schedule C Property to be constructed by the Promoter under the terms of this Agreement and its Possession until all the payments are made to the Promoter by the Allottee/s under this Agreement.
