Common use of First Amendment Effective Date Clause in Contracts

First Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment, and the amendments and modifications set forth herein, shall be and become effective on the date (the "FIRST AMENDMENT EFFECTIVE DATE") when each of the conditions set forth in this Part shall have been fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent.

First Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment, Amendatory Agreement (and the amendments and modifications set forth contained herein) shall become effective, and shall thereafter be and become effective referred to as "AMENDMENT NO. 1", on the date (the "FIRST AMENDMENT EFFECTIVE DATE") when each all of the conditions set forth in this Part shall SUBPART 3.1 have been fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agentsatisfied.
