First Aid/Physio. ‌ Teams are advised to bring their own first aid kits and any strapping and other materials that may be required throughout the tournament. • A first aid qualified physio will based at the sports pavilion at all times and will be available to all teams for strapping as well as for physiotherapy for any injuries as necessary. • Please be aware that there will be many people requiring strapping at the beginning of the day, so we encourage you to be as efficient as possible. • If strapping assistance is required, please provide your own strapping tape. Costs are: o Free if strapping tape is provided. o $10 if strapping tape is not provided.

  • First Aid Kits The Employer shall provide an area, equipped with a first-aid kit, for the use of Employees taken ill during working hours.

  • First Aid The employer will appoint an employee who holds a current First Aid certificate and who is covered by this agreement as first aid attendant. Any first aid chest, box or cupboard provided by the employer will be in control of that employee and his/her name will be made known throughout the establishment in which he/she is employed and will be inscribed on the first aid chest, box or cupboard.

  • First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums. b) Where a company is paying a bonus or premium(s) greater than set out above, it shall keep such policy in effect. c) Effective July 1, 1994, premiums for designated First Aid Tickets shall be: ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ - $0.85 per hour ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ - $0.50 per hour

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.
