Common use of First Additional Space Option Clause in Contracts

First Additional Space Option. Effective as of the third (3rd) anniversary of the Rent Commencement Date, Tenant may elect to add an Additional Space Installment (as defined in Section 30.7.6, below), in a location, of a configuration and of a size as provided in Section 30.7.6, to the Premises by delivering to Landlord written notice of such election no later than the date nine (9) months prior to the third (3rd) anniversary of the Rent Commencement Date.
