Firmware Licence. The Contractor hereby grants to the Purchaser, or shall ensure that prior to delivery of the relevant item of Hardware that each relevant Third Party grants to the Purchaser: (i) a non-exclusive licence to Use the Embedded Code and the Firmware with the relevant Hardware supplied hereunder; and (ii) a non-exclusive licence to reproduce any Documentation relating to the same for the purposes of the Use of the Software licensed hereunder.
