Firewall Maintenance. Technical support and operational maintenance of the school/academy’s perimeter firewall will be provided by The Service Provider, including routine patches and upgrades. Annual costs of third party licence contracts, licences and maintenance for the perimeter fire- wall are covered within this SLA. However non-routine developments to this service, such as a complete replacement of a sys- tem (hardware and software licences) are not included and would require separate discussions with the Service Provider to be held at the appropriate time.
