Common use of Firearms/Weapons Clause in Contracts

The possession or use of any firearm or weapon, chemical or otherwise (including air rifles and BB guns), is prohibited on MSU property, including all 1855 Place and University Village Apartments. Tenant shall store all firearms or weapons with the Michigan State University Police Department.
