Common use of Fire Management Clause in Contracts

Fire Management. The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that: (a) It is aware of the existence and contents of and the Lessee’s obligations under the ▇▇▇▇▇ Estate Fire Management Plan; and (b) At all times during the Term it will comply with the provisions of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Estate Fire Management Plan.
