Fire Entitlement Dues Sample Clauses

Fire Entitlement Dues. The Town shall provide to the City the two percent (2%) dues received by the Town from the State of Wisconsin relating to fire entitlement dues as authorized under Wis. Stats. § 101.575 (and all subsequent amendments and additions). The Town shall comply with all fire dues distribution audit reports and associated documentation required under Wis. Stats. § 101.573 (and all subsequent amendments and additions). When received, the dues shall be provided to the City within thirty (30) days.
