Fire Capacity Sample Clauses

Fire Capacity. Upon Completion of the New Infrastructure, the Water System will have, and shall have at all times during the Term (as defined below), the capacity to deliver a minimum of 3000 gallons of Water per minute to the Project for the duration of no less than 3 hours to supply Water to load the Project's sprinkler system and to supply Water to the Project in the event of a fire.
