Finding Report Clause Samples

A Finding Report clause defines the process and requirements for documenting and communicating any issues, defects, or non-conformities discovered during an inspection, audit, or review. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for preparing the report, the timeframe for submission, and the specific information that must be included, such as descriptions of findings and recommended corrective actions. By formalizing the reporting process, the clause ensures that all parties are promptly informed of problems and can take appropriate steps to address them, thereby promoting transparency and accountability.
