Finding Duplicate Data Clause Samples

The 'Finding Duplicate Data' clause establishes procedures and responsibilities for identifying and managing instances where the same data appears more than once within a dataset or system. Typically, this clause outlines the methods for detecting duplicates, such as through automated software or manual review, and specifies the steps to be taken when duplicates are found, like notifying relevant parties or removing redundant entries.
