Finder’s or Broker’s Fees. The Investor represents and warrants to the Company that no Financial Advisor has acted on behalf of the Investor in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby and that there are no brokerage commissions, finders’ fees, or similar fees or commissions payable in connection therewith based on any agreement, arrangement or understanding with the Investor or on any action taken by such Investor.
