Finder’s or Broker’s Fees. With the exception of their respective financial advisors, Bridge Associates LLC and Rxxxxxx Jxxxx & Associates, each of Buyer (on the one hand), and Sellers (on the other hand), represents and warrants that neither it nor any of its respective affiliates has dealt with any broker or finder in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and no broker or other person is entitled to any commission or finder’s fee in connection with any of these transactions. Each party shall bear the fees and expenses of its respective financial advisors; except as contemplated by the provisions relating to the Expense Reimbursement.
