Common use of Finders; Brokers Clause in Contracts

Finders; Brokers. Except as set forth on Section 4.15 of the Sellers Disclosure Letter, no agent, broker, Person or firm acting on behalf of the Purchased Companies, Sellers or any of their respective Affiliates is, or shall be, entitled to any broker’s fees, finder’s fees or commissions from Purchaser in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Finders; Brokers. Except as set forth on in Section 4.15 5.6 of the Sellers Purchaser Disclosure Letter, no agent, broker, Person or firm acting on behalf of the Purchased Companies, Sellers Purchaser or any of their respective its Affiliates is, is or shall be, be entitled to any broker’s fees, finder’s fees or commissions from Purchaser Seller or any of its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby.
