Common use of Finder Clause in Contracts

Finder. There is no firm, corporation, agency or other entity or person that is entitled to a finder's fee or any type of brokerage commission in relation to or in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as a result of any agreement or understanding with Seller or any of its directors, officers, employees or shareholders.

There is no firm, corporation, agency person or other entity or person that is entitled to a finder's fee or any type of brokerage commission in relation to or in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as a result of any agreement or understanding with Seller or any of its directors, officers, employees or shareholdersthe Seller.

All such fees and commissions shall be accrued on Seller's Interim Financial Statements

There is no firm, corporation, agency or other entity or person that is entitled to a finder's fee or any type of brokerage commission in relation to or in connection with the 66 transactions contemplated by this Agreement as a result of any agreement or understanding with Seller TOC or any of its directors, officers, employees TOC's affiliates or shareholdersShareholder.

There is no firm, corporation, agency or other person or entity or person that is entitled to a finder's fee or any type of brokerage commission in relation to or in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as a result of any agreement or understanding with Seller Newco or any of its directors, officers, employees employees, shareholders or shareholdersaffiliates.

There is no firm, corporation, agency or other person or entity or person that is entitled to a finder's fee or any type of brokerage commission in relation to or in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as a result of any agreement or understanding with Seller SmartPros or any of its directors, officers, officers or employees or shareholderstheir respective affiliates.

There is no firm, corporation, agency or other person or entity or person that is entitled to a finder's fee or any type of brokerage commission in relation to or in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as a result of any agreement or understanding with Seller the Company or any of its directors, officers, officers or employees or shareholderstheir respective affiliates.

There is no firm, corporation, agency or other entity or person that is entitled to a finder's fee or any type of brokerage commission in relation to or in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as a result of any agreement or understanding with Seller the Buyer or any of its directors, officers, employees or shareholdersemployees.
