FinCEN Certification. The Company shall have delivered to the Underwriters, on or prior to the date of execution of this Agreement, a completed and executed Certificate Regarding Beneficial Owners of Legal Entity Customers (the “Certification”) to the extent required, and the Company undertakes to provide such additional supporting documentation as the Representatives may reasonably request in connection therewith.
