Financing Statement Changes. Within 30 days after the Seller makes any change in its, name, identity or corporate structure that would make any financing statement filed in accordance with this Agreement seriously misleading within the meaning of Section 9-506 of the UCC, the Seller shall give the Purchaser notice of any such change and shall file such financing statements or amendments to previously filed financing statements as may be necessary to continue the perfection of the interest of the Purchaser in the Contracts and related Receivables, the Related Security and the Receivables Files, and the proceeds of the foregoing.
