Common use of Financing Services Clause in Contracts

Financing Services. The Advisor shall: (i) Identify and evaluate potential financing and refinancing sources, engaging a third-party broker if necessary; (ii) Negotiate terms, arrange and execute financing agreements; (iii) Manage relationships between the Company and its lenders; and (iv) Monitor and oversee the service of the Company’s debt facilities and other borrowings.

Financing Services. The Advisor Adviser shall: (i) Identify and evaluate potential financing and refinancing sources, engaging a third-party broker if necessary; (ii) Negotiate terms, arrange and execute financing agreements; (iii) Manage relationships between the Company and its lenders; and; (iv) Monitor and oversee the service of and compliance with the Company’s debt facilities and other borrowings; and (v) Supervise the compilation of financing information concerning the Investments.

Financing Services. The Advisor shall: (i) Identify and evaluate potential financing and refinancing sources, engaging a third-party broker if necessary; (ii) Negotiate terms, arrange and execute financing agreements; (iii) Manage relationships between the Company and its lenders; and (iv) Monitor and oversee the service of and compliance with the Company’s debt facilities and other borrowings.
