Common use of Financing of Additional Solid Waste Disposal Facilities Clause in Contracts

Financing of Additional Solid Waste Disposal Facilities. Company and Issuer hereby recognize that additional Solid Waste Disposal Facilities at the Project Site (other than those Solid Waste Disposal Facilities which constitute the Project) have in the past been and may in the future be acquired, constructed, installed and equipped at the Project Site, and that same may be financed with proceeds of one or more series of Issuer's solid waste disposal facility revenue bonds issued in addition to the 2007 Series A Bonds issued pursuant to the Indenture, to the extent permitted by law.
