Financing Agreements; Notes. Duly executed copies of this Agreement, the other Financing Agreements (including a Guaranty, Pledge Agreement, stock power and Assignment of Representations, Warranties, Covenants and Indemnities executed by Guarantor) and one (1) duly executed copy of each of the Revolving Loan Note conforming to the requirements hereof, together with all Schedules, Exhibits, certificates, instruments, documents and financial statements required to be delivered pursuant hereto and thereto.
