Financial Statements; Certification as to Compliance; Notice of Default. (a) The Servicer (and the Company if the initial Servicer is no longer the Servicer) will deliver to the Trustee, the Placement Agent, MBIA, the Back-up Servicer, the Rating Agencies and each Certificateholder of Outstanding Certificates (and, upon the request of any Certificateholder, to any prospective transferee of any Certificate which has executed an agreement with the Transferor and the Servicer containing terms substantially similar to those set forth in Section 4.04(f) hereof):
