Common use of Financial Printer Clause in Contracts

Financial Printer. The Representative has approved the Company's ----------------- selection and engagement of ▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Financial as the financial printing company selected by the Company to print the Preliminary and Final Prospectus and for the transmitting of all electronic filings to the Commission prior to the engagement by the Company of the services of such financial printing company. In addition, the Representative shall approve the form, size, style and quality of the Preliminary and Final Prospectus.
