Altruist does not guarantee or certify the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or correct sequencing of the Information made available through Altruist or the Information Providers. Advisor agrees that neither Altruist nor the Information Providers shall be liable in any way for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or correct sequencing of the Information, or for any decision made or action taken by Advisor relying upon the Information. Advisor further agrees that neither Xxxxxxxx nor the Information Providers will be liable in any way for the interruption of any data, Information or other aspect of the Services.
