Common use of Financial Forecasts Clause in Contracts

Financial Forecasts. Borrower has provided to the Administrative Agent and the Documentation Agent forecasted Financial Statements together with appropriate supporting details and a statement of the underlying assumptions, covering the five (5) year period commencing on January 1, 1998 (the "Forecasts"). The Forecasts have been prepared in good faith and have a reasonable basis.
