FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE. If our charges are not paid in full when they are due: If you have difficulty meeting our charges, we would encourage you to discuss this with the Home Manager before you fall into arrears. If such difficulties are temporary, it may be possible for the Home Manager to provide you with an extension of time to make these payments, although this would be entirely at the Home Manager’s discretion. In the absence of any agreement with the Home Manager, if our charges are not paid at the times we have agreed with you and you are unable to satisfy us that the reason for the non or late payment is temporary and that all arrears will be paid in full, you will have to leave the Home. In these circumstances, we will give you at least seven days’ notice to leave the Home and you will be responsible for payment of our fees up to and including the date that you leave.
