Common use of Financial and Business Information Clause in Contracts

Financial and Business Information. So long as any Advance remains unpaid, or any other Obligation remains unpaid, or any portion of any of the Commitments remains in force, Borrower shall, unless the Administrative Agent (with the written approval of the Requisite Lenders) otherwise consents, at Borrower’s sole expense, deliver to the Administrative Agent for distribution by it to the Lenders, a sufficient number of copies for all of the Lenders of the following:

Financial and Business Information. So long as any Advance remains unpaid, or any other Obligation remains unpaid, or any portion of any of the Commitments remains in force, Borrower shall, unless the Administrative Agent (with the written approval of the Requisite Lenders) otherwise consents, at Borrower’s 's sole expense, deliver to the Administrative Agent for distribution by it to the Lenders, a sufficient number of copies for all of the Lenders of the following:

Financial and Business Information. So long as any Advance remains unpaid, or any other Obligation remains unpaid, or any portion of any of the Commitments Commitment remains in force, Borrower shall, unless the Administrative Agent (with the written approval of the Requisite Lenders) otherwise consents, at Borrower’s 's sole expense, deliver to the Administrative Agent for distribution by it to the Lenders, a sufficient number of copies for all of the Lenders of the following:

Financial and Business Information. Financial and Business Information. So long as any Advance remains unpaid, or any other Obligation (other than inchoate indemnity obligations) remains unpaid, or any portion of any of the Commitments Revolving Commitment remains in force, Borrower Representative shall, unless the Administrative Agent (with the written approval of the Requisite Lenders or, if required by Section 12.2, all of the Lenders) otherwise consents, at Borrower’s Borrowers’ sole expense, deliver to the Administrative Agent for distribution by it to the Lenders, a sufficient number of copies for all of the Lenders of the following:
