Common use of Finance Code Opt-Out Clause in Contracts

Finance Code Opt-Out. Each of the Loan Parties and the Banks each hereby agree that Chapter 346 of the Texas Finance Code does not apply to this Credit Agreement, to the Notes issued pursuant to this Credit Agreement, or to the account or arrangement evidenced by or provided for in this Credit Agreement.
