Finance Agent. The Parties shall, by mutual agreement of the Parties, select and engage the services of an entity to perform the services required of the Finance Agent in this Funding Agreement. The relationship between the Parties and the Finance Agent is set forth in the Finance Agent Agreement which is attached as Exhibit C. The Finance Agent shall be bonded to a level mutually acceptable by all Parties, if the Finance Agent service is not provided by a Party to this Funding Agreement.
