Final Walkthrough. Prior to County’s acceptance of surrender, a final exit walkthrough inspection shall be conducted by Lessee and the County to determine compliance with this article and the County’s acceptance of the condition of the Premises. The County’s acceptance of the condition of the Premises and satisfaction of the surrender thereof shall be reduced to writing by the County.
