Common use of Final Wages Clause in Contracts

Final Wages. Regardless of whether Employee signs this Agreement, the Company will pay Employee all wages earned and all accrued paid time off for which Employee is eligible through the Separation Date, less applicable withholdings, in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices or earlier when required by applicable law.
