Common use of FINAL UNDERSTANDING Clause in Contracts

FINAL UNDERSTANDING. This Contract represents a complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the Board and DCSMEC. There will be no practice or procedure sanctioned by use, prior to the effective date of this Contract. The parties further agree, for the life of this Contract, to voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively, with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Contract.
