Final Test and Inspection Data. The VENDOR will provide GTECH with inspection and/or test data based on the mutually agreed upon test equipment and procedures with each lot of Products delivered to GTECH. The VENDOR will make final test and inspection data (yield information), on-going reliability test data, field reliability performance data, and repair data available at the request of GTECH throughout the life of the Products.
