Common use of Final Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Final Termination Date. The respective obligations and responsibilities of the Company and the Trustee created hereby and the Class A Trust created hereby shall terminate upon the distribution to all Class A Certificateholders and the Trustee of all amounts required to be distributed to them pursuant to this Agreement and the disposition of American Airlines Aircraft EETC all property held as part of the Trust Property; provided, however, that in no event shall the Trust created hereby continue beyond one hundred ten (110) years following the date of execution of this Trust Supplement.
