Final Surface. School zones, railroads, symbols, words and other similar markings shall be placed on final surfaces conforming to Section 652 within fourteen (14) calendar days of completion of the final surface. Final markings shall conform to the type of pay item in the Plans. When no pay item exists in the Plans the final markings shall conform to Section 652 for painted markings.
