The 'Final Surface Asphalt' clause defines the requirements and standards for the installation of the topmost layer of asphalt in a construction project. Final Surface Asphalt. Developer shall furnish and install asphalt base and a final asphalt surface course (wearing surface) on all streets, public and private, as required hereunder in accordance with City specifications.
(1) The final surface (1.5”) shall not be installed until Seventy-Five Percent (75%) of the lots in the Subdivision are built upon or within four years after the issuance of the first building permit, whichever comes first, or as otherwise specified by the City.
(2) Developer shall maintain all streets in accordance with the warranty provisions provided for herein.
