Common use of Final Report Presentation Clause in Contracts

Final Report Presentation. All Final Reports submitted to USTDA must be paginated and include the following: (a) The front cover of every Final Report shall contain the name of the Client, the name of the Contractor who prepared the report, a report title, USTDA’s logo, and ▇▇▇▇▇’s address. If the complete version of the Final Report contains Confidential Information, the Contractor shall label the front cover of that version of the Final Report with the term “Confidential Version”. The Contractor shall label the front cover of the Public Version of the Final Report with the term “Public Version”. The front cover of every Final Report shall also contain the following disclaimer: “This report was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), an agency of the U.S. Government. The opinions, findings, conclusions or recommendations expressed in this document are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily represent the official position or policies of USTDA. USTDA makes no representation about, nor does it accept responsibility for, the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in this report.”
