FINAL REPORT DATE. a. The due date of the final fiscal report shall be the 1st Monday in March after the Grant Agreement ending date. b. Expenses incurred during the Grant Agreement period but reported later than the 1st Monday in March after the contract ending date will not be recognized, allowed, or reimbursed under the terms of this Agreement, unless determined allowable by the Grantor.
