Final Repayment Date. Subject to the payment provisions set forth in Section 2.5.2 hereof, all outstanding Advances, including all accrued and unpaid Interest, shall be due and payable without notice, and the Borrower shall pay all such amounts to the Bank on or before the Final Repayment Date.

Final Repayment Date.
