Final Renewal Term. In the event the Agreement is renewed for three (3) Renewal Terms, the TOWN may, at the end of the final renewal term, either renegotiate the term and conditions of the Agreement with the current CONTRACTOR or request bids from qualified contractors to provide Solid Waste Collection, Bulk Waste Collection, and Recycling Services.
Final Renewal Term. This Final Renewal Agreement shall commence October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2026 (“Final Renewal Term”), unless terminated sooner as provided in the Existing Agreement. The Board has no remaining option to renew after the Final Renewal Term.
